Memorial for Henry

We planted a knock out rose bush over looking Henry’s favorite place to hang out. He loved the pool, many days I would look out and there he would be sitting in the pool cooling off and waiting for someone to join him.

It was especially fun when his Uncle Randy came over & sat pool side with him.

Friends would stop by to swim.

Yes, he has left us with a lot of fun and wonderful memories.

Happy Anniversary Katie

We rescued Kate one year ago with the help of American Bullmastiff Rescue.  She came to us weak and thin from a long battle with kennel cough and needed a lot of love.  She did not know what to think of Henry and Homer, wanted to be their friend but was so scared of Henry’s size and Homer always bossing her around. But now after one year she is the Queen of the house with Henry and Homer wanting her affection.

What’s wrong with this picture?

Could it be Henry’s Bed?

No respect for the big guy.

Meet Katie

Meet Katie she our 9 months old rescue Bullmastiff.  She has been a pretty sick little girl dropped off with her mother, sister and brother at a shelter in Alabama,  she  had kennel cough that turned into pneumonia. The American Bullmastiff Association Rescue took these guys from the kill shelter and have found homes for the two girls and hopefully will find forever homes for Mom and Katie’s brother soon.

Miss Katie when thought a long recovery,  she still has to gain some weight and build up strength, but that is a job we can do.

A special thank you to Scott and Christina for all they do for the Bullmastiff rescue, also want to thank Carol for helping with the transportation in getting Miss Katie to us….big HUGS to all.

The best way to de-stress.
