There are a lot of steps to making a custom request tag. First the person gives me an idea on what they would like. Then I draw the design on the computer. At his point Craig takes the design and engraves it on metal and hand cuts the design. Then the tag comes back to me to solder, clean and polish. Once more back to Craig where he seals the tag and ships the order to the anxiously waiting customer
